It is my first time coming to class? What should i do?

  1. Signup and pay online before you arrive. (This allows the teacher to know a new client is coming to class).

  2. Arrive 15 minutes prior to class starting.

  3. Come ready to work and have a good time.

  4. What if I can get there early the first day, you will need to choose another time to come for your first class.

What do I need to bring to Class?

  1. A great attitude and a water bottle. We provide the water you bring the container.

  2. For your first class, we will have loaner socks for you to borrow.

  3. We have towels for you to use in the studio.

What is class like?

  1. It is high intensity and low impact.

  2. It is face paced and slow moving.

  3. We move from one move to the next as seamlessly as possible.

  4. It is lots of fun.

  5. You may (we hope you do) sweat and shake.

Where do I park?

  1. We have parking located on the Ventura side of the studio (closest to Linden ave). Any spot marked SPARK45 or commercial is good for you to park in during class.

  2. Also street parking is all 90 minutes and class is just 45 so you will be done before you need to move the car.

How long is class?

  1. Class is 45 minutes in length.

  2. We start on time.

  3. We end of time.

What if I am running late?

  1. If you are late, there is a chance your spot might be taken if there is another client there waiting for the space.

  2. Also, if the class has started on a side (left or right) you will not be able to take class as we do not go make to make up the moves.

  3. These both count as a late cancellation.

What is cancellation policy?

  1. In order to avoid loss of a class or a late cancellation fee, you need to cancel your class at least 12 hours prior to the start of class.

  2. If you are using a single class or a class pack, you will lose the class.

  3. If you are on the unlimited 30 or 90 day membership plan, you will be charged a $20 late cancel fee and/or a $30 NO-show Fee.

  4. Cancellation must be completed online through the website or the mind body app.

What is your refund policy?

  1. We do NOT allow refunds. Please note all sales are final. This applies to classes as well as merchandise.
