When did you take your first class at SPARK45?

I took my first Megaformer class in March of 2017How did you discover SPARK45?

When, and Why did you become a Lagree Fitness Instructor at SPARK45?

I discovered Spark 45 looking for a Physical Therapist due to sever back pain. I never made my fist appointment because I ended up in the hospital with a herniated disk. Following a successful operation and one month of sedentary recovery I connected with Danielle and she became my physical therapist. After a few months she said I was ready for the Megaformer and since then I have been a regular.

I became an instructor in February of 2018. Danielle was looking to add some more instructors and I was transitioning out of full time employment and thought it would be a fun thing to do. I like being around all of the positive energy that people bring to the classes and it gives me a chance to help others on their journey of physical fitness.
